There's actually a pattern involved...anyone can do it...I did it at 2 in the am and I was falling asleep. I've only played it 3 or 5 times, I forgot.

I actually know why it does that now. He isn't a hacker, it is just that the arcade only re-writes high scores, and not the time that they were submitted.
