Pokemon Emerald!!!

Does anybody have febbas, please tell me how i can catch him, i now something about six tiles, but where is that.

P.S. Please if you answer let it be simple, i am from croatia, i dont speak english very well!!!

You can catch a feebas on route 119 by fishing around there.

any ways ........ there is a lake on route 119, and on that lake is a waterfall(to identify it)now everyday the feebas is on a different 6 tiles , so i recommend that you use a great rod and fish in every square 5 times and eventually you'll find the feebas you've been lookin for!
