u can find pokemon #46in fire red and leafgreen in mt. moon or safari sone and pokemon # 144 in firered and leafgreen on seafoam island
#144 is articuno
#46 is paras

num 114 unown got to solaceon town go all the way to the top then take a right when u are going to route 210 but dont go to route 210 take a right before u get to 210 then when u go down the right thing u can jump down the u find a cave then go in walk around u will find a unown wich is the only pokemon u can catch in the cave try to find the boy to get the seal case
