Ok, there are several locations for the braille, are you talking about the first one? The one near Pacificlodge town?

i think there is one in the desert, & i tried to get to the 1 ner pacifier town, but current's tooostrong.i think there is a rockformation near lillycove as well,near the safarizone.

The locations of the regi's rocks are on the route next to safari zone, in the desert and between petalberg city and the granite cave.

Let me do this whole thing right now:
In order to start finding regis you need to go to pacific lodge town and surf west.
Then, find a small patch of dive-able water and use dive.
swim to the bottom of it and there is a block with braille on it.
Right infront of it use dive.
You will now be in a room with many blocks with braille on them.
Walk to the North and use dig.
Go through the door and read the brialle.
It says to get Relicanth and put it first in your party.
It also says to place a Wailord in the last place of your party.
Go back to the braille and press against it.
3 earthquakes will occur
now you can go to the regis.

go to regice near granite cave (you must surf up and to the side of route)
Go inside and more braille will await you.
It says to wait.
Wait.
Wait more.
And more.
Eventuallly a door will open and you can face regice
SAVE and capture.

Now go to desert and go to rock, enter.
The braille says to move 3 steps to right and 2 down, so do.
Save and Capture.

Now go to rock near Safari Zone.
Enter and read braille, go to center of room and use fly.
Save and Capture

It has been a while since I did this so if there are mistakes please tell me.

There are 4:
Near Pacificlog town
Near Granite Cave (Dewford)
Between Fortree and Safari Zone
Desert

Relicanth can be found near sootopolis city (outside, dive, search grass)
wailmer evolves into wailord at lvl 40, but you can sometimes find wailords with a super rod, on one of the southern routes (very few)

hey i no wer mew 2 is i have 1 level 100 and how to get to cerulean cave is go to cerulean city go across the bridge with a lot of people who u battle, at the end turn left there is water surf carry on till u get to the end there is cerulean cave but there is level 30s 40s 50s and 60s mostely 50s and 60s go to the end of the cave there is mew 2 level 70 and if ur lucky like me u can find a kadabra level 68 highest level pokemon in the cave o and wen u get there if u havenet got far inuf in the game wich is more or less after u complete the game there is a man sayin there is strong pokemon in the cave so u cant go in

no not necerseraly u have to beat the elite 4 then u some how get acess to islands and it go's up 2 7 island complete all the missions on all the island then u can go into cerulean cave catch mew-2 then u have completed the game and u can trade level up and just normal things all so on the islands u can catch diffrent pokemon like moltres and other pokemon

First, on aprill 22nd, if you live in new york, then you can get mew, well anyways,you have to go to any live pokemon event to get mew, and when your there, ask someone there to get you mew( or they might ask if you want him/her), and thats how you get mew :D

first of al iceman12 ur rong second of al ur right copper42798 it wil hatch into an eve but u have to walk a number of steps for each type of pokemon ur evee should hatch in about 8,000 steps im guesing something close to that number im sure because i myself hatched an evee and it tok quite a while
