question about wi fi?????

ok i have a ds and i connected to the internet for pokemon pearl without having the wi fi conector but then it booted me why the hell do you need the connector if you can already connect??????

It might have booted you because your signal wan't strong enough to communicate with the Internet. You only really need the Wi-Fi USB Connector if you want to have a strong access point.

Also, were you in a battle when the DS got disconnected?

no i was not i hadnt got that far yet i had just went in and it booter up starting goin in and then it booted me out i had tryed to because i have wirless internet and it connected to my ds with had good signal

Then I would say that it most likely timed out when it tried to communicate. I would say just to try to connect somewhere else.

Or else, tell me this: Did the DS display a message when you got disconnected? If it did, then what did it say?
