good lucario is their an easer way to get mewtwo?

Well, from what I know, there are three ways to get him.

1. Play 700 vs matches. If you want this to be really quick [meaning about 1 1/2 hours starting from zero] just set the damage ratio to 2.0 and play Super Sudden Death and then select 1 computer player on Big Blue

2. Play 1-Player for 20 Hours.

3. Play vs. Mose for 5 Hours nonstop without doing anything else like powering off the system or changing any settings.
