HP CoS Game Cube help please

Ok - I know this is dumb but I cannot find any of the 3 potion ingredients that Snape has asked for. My kids watch me play this and I am really pretty horrible but I love the game.

I have been to Hagrids garden and looked behind the waterfall as some have suggested. My wand goes red under the lumos spell but I do not find anything. I have lumos and alohomora but that is all. Can someone please walk me through this?
