it could go to either of them it really depends on lvl... i always go against lvl 50s water pokemon with a lvl 70 charmander. it ends up either way ... good job i keep blastios, charizard, latios, groundon and rayquaza

Chimchar of course because chimchar is a fire type who is strong against Grass type. All Chimcar would have to do is use ember or fame whel and it would knock it out in 1 hit. But i do have to feel sorry for Turtwig as he is the one i started with on Pearl :)
