Why is this even a question in the first place? The answer is obvious, so I need not state it. Anyway, Auron would lose I mean Vincent can not be matched. Well, I said it anyway, but I think Vincent would win because he would cast death on Auron, even though he can't.

Incorrect Lukario! Auron can learn every spell in the Sphere grid including spells and attacks as well. He can also become immune 2 all spells and or increase himself in other areas based on his equipment. Vincent can't do that now can he. That wasn't the obviouse answer now was it?

Yes it was because Vincent is 35 levels higher than Auron.
