My favorite is Roxas. Mainly because he is the coolest and one of the few Organization XIII members I can remember.

Mine would have to b Sephiroth mainly because he gives u an added challenge to the game and he is just is a cool character from FF7.
p.s.-The other Organization 13 members r Xemnas,Xigbar,Axel,Saix,Luxord,Demyx,Larxene,Marlu xia,and the others from Kingdom Hearts 2 Chain of Memories
