Before you can beat the final four + the champ your guys at least have to be lvl 55 or higher it seems like. I cant find a good spot to lvl up at. I just keep running around fighting the trainer battles, There only lvl 34's and 39's. Is there a good place to lvl up before beating the final four??

yup just get a exp share and beat gabby and tv
the ends with a lvl 40+ magneton and exploud

the are in this 3 places
1:route 111
2:route 118 and
3:route 120
but the are only on 1 place at the time

hey you do know after rayquaza stops kyogre and groudon you can go back to sky piller and catch him before you beat the elite four

i need help on pokemon emerald. i'm in the under sea cave with team aqua and i have to move some boulders that are in rows how do i get through to the next place? please pm me

a easy way is 2 transfer ur pokemon from xd or colloseem for gamecube

Catch the legendaries and catch lots of pokemon on victory road then battle against some of them to level up!

Rayquazas lv 70.Catch him.But be warned of his attak outrage.It confuses you if you use to much.

Try and not to go off topic please!
Try and level your pokemon in victory road because there are strong trainers and pokemon!!Hope i helped!!

use a tm called strength and teach it to a pokemon. then you can move boulders. But you will have to use strength on every floor for it to work

Raquaza in the sky pillar is the best place.
