i like them both but 1% for dialga, and 99% for palkia!!!

yes that is true, but dialga is half steel, and palkia is half water.dragon on steel.....steel wins, s dialga is better and hes cooler.:D

I think it would be pretty close, because they are both pretty much the same other than their appearance and some of their moves. I really wouldn't know for myself because I've never done it personally. I would be based on nothing other than what I guessed.
