level 100 does exist, though without a gameshark,lv.101 doesn't exist.

Well, Kyogre would win because Kyogre would use Water Pulse, and Groudon would lose, and also, Groudon couldn't use Fissure because Kyogre is at a higher level.

kyogre cause hes a water typeround type and groudon is a ground type(and even if u think hes fire kyogre would still be water)

well it dependes because groudon could use solarbeam and that might KO Kyogre even if Kyogre used water pulse, if groudon was holding a focus band he would hold on to it and then he would be able to use solarbeam and might KO Kyogre but like I said....it all dependes mostly on the Sp.Defence and Sp.Attack of both pokemon. Oh and I know I shouldnt do this but Im desperate....in sapphire, how in the world do you get a wailord doll? I won the beauty contest in fallabor town USING a wailord and I didnt get a wailord doll! Why not?! Please help me!

....groudon or kyogre.....both could win.......even though kyogre has the advantage.....if groudon knew fissure....well, what i'm sayin' is that fissure has a higher accuracy than sheer cold, which are both K.O. moves.but it is possible for both too win.
