Oh No!!!! I Cant Beleive It!!!!!!!

HELP!! on zelda twilight princess(on wii).Ive just defeated the last bad guy(gondernorf(something like tht)) and waited through all da credits.i wachted the scene with midina and it said THE END.
it took me back to the title screen and when i loaded my file up again it went of from where i last saved(the twili!!!).
can you not carry on from the last defeat a nd like get more armour and get all the bugs and catch fish,or is that it!!!!! =(
please some1 get back to me please.

When you beat any Zelda game your always taken back to the beginning of Ganon's Tower or where ever the last boss is located. You can still collect stuff, but the only thing left is to collect all the heart pieces and collect all the items.
