how did u get arseus?

well i have action replay and well....cheated.....it takes FOREVER to get him.i mean the azure flute,when you play it,it takes like 5 minutes!ugh...i was bored.all i wanted to do was catch the thing,but NO.I HAD TO WAIT 5 MINUTES FOR THE SONG TO FINALLY BE OVER!SHEESH!it was kinda annoyin...
