the ships to get to islands 1-9 are at vermillion city island 8 and 9 you need special tickets to get to them

The tickets for 8 and 9 are Nintendo special event tickets, which stopped touring a couple years ago. All hope is not lost though, as you may find the tickets at Nintedo locations such as Nintedo World and Pokemon Center in New York City

you go to vermillion town and take the boat!

All you have to do unlock the ship again after it sails and then you can go back to the islands. I played that a long time ago, and i don't think I remembered.

have pokemon colaseum then get the japanease pokemon chanel bonus disk u will have celibe lvel 10 or get the american bonus disk and get jirachi level 10 (sorry can spell)

To get celebi you must do the following 1.Surf in the safari zone 2.Catch a random pokemon 3.Put the pokemon in the first spot of your party 4.Fight the elite 4 and purposely lose 5.Talk to professor oak and he shold challenge you to a battle 6.If you win you get Celebi I havn't tried this so I hope it works

you go to veremillion city were the s.s. Anne was and go.

you can get celebi after you get mew which you can get mew after you beat the elite4 12 X and mew will be wild in cearleun cave.
