Hi all. Is there a move deleter in Leaf Green? If so, where is he? I'm trying to stock some pokes into Pal Park in Diamond.

im pretty sure theres one in fuschia city , just go into the house opposite the pokemon centre

the move deleter is directly next to the pokemon center.
