you have to go on this website(www.filb.de/?site=games/gba/emerald/word) and you get a password and that's the phrase you use. i've tried it and it works

the old dude in pacifidlog town should say one day that he can see the island or some thing ive tried it and its infested with wynauts so yeah

by the way how do you use those number and letter codes for diamond on ds they are very confusing
