Does Anyone Know How To Get Cheat Codes For Dead 2 Rights 2 For Playstation 2 Help Please

Dead to Rights 2 does not have cheat codes, unlike the original I'm afraid.

It does have unlockables however:

If you beat the game on easy mode you unlock:
Art Gallery 1
Cabal Pistols

If you beat the game on normal mode you unlock:
50 caliber desert eagle
Hard mode

If you beat the game on hard mode you unlock:
Expert mode
Molotovs

If you beat Instant Action on easy mode you unlock:
Art Gallery 2
Cabal SMG

If you beat Instant Action mode on normal you unlock:
Extra Adrenaline
