Pokemon Emerald Question : What is he talking about?

I CANT FIGURE OUT WHAT THE KID NEXT TO THE BATTLE TOWER IS TALKING ABOUT!!! He says that there is a pokemon staring at him from under a boulder, a sticky kind of pokemon. What is he talking about? Can anyone tell me how to get where it is to catch this sucker? I was in Artisan cave and found all the items and smeargle, but no "sticky sort of pokemon".

?????????? HUH.....no. Its not Shuckle sadly. It is Smeragle and I know it. You get Smeragle in whatever the cave is called where you go over to a tree and it wiggles. You actaully use the walimer pail on it and it is sudowoodo. make sure to save the game before watering it or you may not catch sudowoodo. then once you catch it or once you beat or run from it whatever you go to the spot where sudowoodo was and use surf and surf down and down going <- way I think and then you will get to an edge. Go on it and then enter into the should be there for you cave. once you find a way out you will go to the place next to where the battle tower is and youll then know it should be smeragle. Oh yeah and a good point.....shuckle isnt sticky and doesnt have a tail. Smeragle does where he uses he sticky tail to paint. There you go.
