Halo 3 or Halo 2

Obviously Halo 3 is going to be the best because for one, the graphics are actually good unlike those of prior games. I also think Halo 3 has the best gameplay and you can play the game by yourself and not be as bored because the Campaign mode is more challenging now.

halo 3 has better guns graphis and more things like that but the campain missions are short and there are not many and the multiplayer maps in halo 2 r better also there r a fue good qualitys about halo 1 so i just cant pick cause there all pretty good

I've played both, and I don't like either, but I'd have to say Halo 2.

I'll have to say Halo2, having not experienced Halo CE with anyone worth playing with on XBC. I haven't bought the third yet, but I heard it's good (aside from melee...fixed?)

I enjoy the button glitches of halo2, but I think I'll end up playing 3 more once I get it.

I really enjoy Halo3 now, they made some mistakes with it, but a lot of it is spot on.

There's a storyboard to it and what-not, so you follow a story while doing objectives. It's not just killing.

Multiplayer can be just first team to 50 kills, but they have games like capture the flag and whatnot.

Each game has it's pros and cons....myself, I wish they would implement the physics of the first game when you were to fall a long distance, you would get hurt.

If this is what you are asking, then I do agree with you, in part. I wouldn't compare Super Mario Galaxy to Super Mario 64, just like I wouldn't compare The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening to Majora's Mask. Even though they are the same sort of game, they are on different systems, with completely different playing styles.

However, just because H2 and HCE are on XBOX while H3 is on 360, I still find them quite comparable. Reason being is that the way to play the game has barely changed. You still have reasonably the same button schemes, same graphics, same style of play (mostly) from H2 to H3.

Well I would have to say that Halo 3 is pretty awesome on Live, but aside from that, it is pretty stale. The game is fun for a while and then it becomes repetitive and boring and Campaign is dumb, and short. A lot of things were good, like the graphics and the gameplay, but it seemed more of an improved Halo 2, rather than just a new story. And the end where on the wall you see 117, what's up with that? The Arbiter survived, but Cheif was killed. I know this is sort of a change of heart from my first post but playing the game more really made me realize that it wasn't that good after all.
