I don't know about you guys, but I'm sick and tired of hearing about them. When ESPN has a 5 minute segment on Tom Brady's modeling, enough is enough. Every announcer sucks up to them. This brings me to last night's game...
Fixed? I've heard yes, I've heard "you're insane". I'm neutral on the situation, but I would like to take this time to make a few notes.
Fourth down - sideline coach calls timeout, play starts, Patriots get stopped, play stops. Only players on the field and the head coach may call timeout. This was a defensive coordinator.
Fourth down - Patriots get stopped again, and a late false start call gives the Patriots another try.
Fourth down - a questionable holding call on a reciever who obviously was not going to catch the pass in double coverage. It may be holding, true, but it was minimal and did not affect the player's ability to catch the ball.
Catch in the endzone is a questionable completion, as he seemed to secure the ball only when out of bounds. This one is not as controversial as the others, but adds to the argument.
What does everyone think?
