I don't think you can close threads.
Don't abuse powers, although I don't believe you can close. If something becomes a huge problem, do something then. Otherwise, I see more a problem with one word responses and replies with little to no contribution (lol or haha responses).

The game isn't all client side; you rely on the internet for the game as well, meaning that the ball would appear to skip from one place to another without notice once it got moving.
