Legend of Spyro:A New Beginning

I just got the game tonight. I am with the big red dragon. He wants me to find a way into the door. It says to try to find a way to break through the wall. No matter what I do, I cannot break through it. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thank you very much.

hi you have gotten much further than me in the game, i am stuck at the very beginning at the very beginning where spyro is only learning how to jump and walk and chase Sparkx, sparkx flys into a skull cave kind of thing and the instructions say to tap the skull a few times, i run at it jumped at it, pressed all the buttons and every combination and i still cant get through, and its only the start of the game!!!! please help me if you can.

You have to use O. You jump up and then press O to smash the cave.

thanks mom jessie but im playing Spyro on the DS there is no O button, im so silly i should have mentioned that little fact, im still stuck im sure its something really easy and im just not getting it, i got this game at christmas, and im still at the start, ive even got my friends to play it and they cant get passed that part either, so frustrating. thanks anyway.
