im not really so sure so um when you subscribe to a thread whats that mean

That means that when someone replies in it, makes a post to that thread, you will receive an email stating there is a reply to that thread.

I'm subscribed to a lot of threads and I don't get emails. Is it certain threads that you get email notification?

You should get notification for each thread you subscribe to, however, you will only get an email notification for the first reply, if you want notification for more replies after you have read the first, you need to resubscribe ... I believe .. :p

Well, its not email. I've subscribed to 3 threads, and I check them by the User CP. Obviously, there is a box for subscribed. When there is a new post(s), it'll let you know by transferring the link. :p
