I need a little bit of help

Ok, so, I'm tryin to create a new user account, cause I don't like my current one, and I' having a problem with the secure code, it keeps saying that it doesn't match when it does. Could someone please help me, I'm really getting frusterated. Also, I can't save my highscore in the arcade, adn I'm not sure why.

2nd question:Just keep on trying the game that you want to try and beat and then it should work.
