you need to be in falconreach click travel and and there will be signs oaklore is the top right click on it and the bird will fly you there.

I figured it out and how do you make more than one character I'm new you see

Just after you login there is a screen where you can choose which character you want to play. If you have created one character, there should be at least two buttons on the right saying "create new character"
