It's not obtainable by game, but by money. You pay $9.95 to the creator of the game by mail, and they add you.

I got it by free I was a gurdian on AQ and they let me on for free

you have to be a guardian in adventurequest first then you go to the guardian tour in dragonfable and go where the gaurdian armor is and talk to that guy
