There are 25 floors in the Sky Tower and 9 floors in the Sky Tower Summit. On the 9th floor of the Summit, you will find Rayquaza. 'Nough said.

Well...what is your main pokemon? I mean the pokemon team leader....that may be it. The best pokemon to be the leader of the team when you go up to sky tower summit on the 9th floor where rayquaza is, well the best pokemon to be the team leader is a pikachu. When I started the game I was a pikachu. My partner pokemon was my favorite pokemon, mudkip. I went up to sky tower with pikachu(named sparkle), mudkip(named Baby) and an absol(named Abby) though the names of my pokemon dont matter, the pokemon I said I brought is important. Sparkle(pikachu) was the leader, then my partner Baby, then last, Abby. I lost once in the sky tower but got right back up and went through all the floors and the sky tower summit and made it to rayquaza with those pokemon I said and recruited a tropius and all those pokemon lived to beat rayquaza:) *ah the memories....:rolleyes: *
