Eternal Ring

Hi guys,

I need help with eternal ring on the ps2.

I can not get the cheat code to work for it, it says go to the title screen and press o x triangle squre squre circle triangle.

When I try it as soon as i press x it starts a new game or opens the load box.

My question is where is the titile screen and how can you get in to the cheat menu?

Any help is gratfull.
