injuries come with just about any sport...and getting them just means itll help you better not to fall the next time..what to do different...get knee and elbow pads..and be sure the wood is tough.. a $10 board isnt going to be sturdy...and that is what you need...sturbility...or it will crack right in half...also practice with the little things first..they will help prevent alot of injury..

I can skateboard moderatly well. I can do some tricks like a pop-shovit and a kickflip, Casper, 360 casper, as well as a primo.

I can do a manual, nose manual, and a 1 foot nose manual in place.

The longest manual I did while riding was like 6 seconds straight.
