GIS, Geographic Information Systems, is awesome and I love it! It certainly counts as one of my hobbies. I study maps and satellite images which really interest me. You can learn so much and just looks really spectacular. My Dad, as you probably know, lectures GIS at university's and he's taken me on lots of field trips and has shown me lots of maps and satellite images! They are just so cool! What do you guys think about it?

Cool, you made a thread about this! Anyway, as I've said I like looking at Google Earth. Did you know that you can see Area 51 on there?

Yes that is what is belived but it's not real. It's just Google playing with you. Area 51A isn't real.....well in the alien sense it isn't. The hanger might be though.

I suppose. I mean they probably wouldn't give you the exact location for everyone to see would they?

Yes as it does depend on goverment secret stuff and so on. Google Earth wont show you everything.

Some parts in Japan and China and stuff are fuzzed out. I suppose they don't want you to see something.
