the jersey's sports bar in Florida but i cant find him there i found a other one
there but its not him can anyone tell me where he is located.

If there is anyone that knows all the guns upgrade's in the game pls tell me
because if found some like the snipers and the magnum's and one machine gun
but thats it so pls help me thx.
