1st go to oaklore keep then do the guest called ''sir jing's weapon''
2nd you must kill all monsters each monster gives you 1245 exp each other and the finals gives you 4000 exp

you can get a newbie quest by walking into the waterfall behind robina. also the enemies are level 8 and i got a staff that has 8-46 damage not kidding try it out please ( the weapon sold for 72 gold sadly)
