Today we put the forum down to make changes to the software and databases. One of many changes today is adding Search Engine Friendly URL's so you will notice new URL's for many areas of our forum. We are adding a lot of other SEO (Search Engine Optimization) features to allow search engines to better list our site and get more traffic to us. Each forum will now have special keywords based on what the Genre of the forum is. I encourage everyone to add tags when creating a new thread, especially in our gaming forums that would be informative to others. May help someone find help quicker and get more active members to our community!

This is a work in progress while we are still working on getting it all worked out.

You all may also notice some new stuff on the thread pages. Here are a couple of new things you may notice:

New bookmark drop down to share the thread with friends through several different services:



And you will also notice the bookmark links on each post to share the post with your friends:



These replace the old bookmark links that were on the footer of the show thread page. All the old links and bookmarks will still work, the user will simply be redirected to the new URL. You should also use these to share posts with friends who may not be a member of our community.

If we make more changes that will affect you all in any way regarding the SEO, I will update you here.

Not everything has been tested since this change over, if you notice any broken links or other issues, please let us know! Post it on the Forum Support forum.
