did gif images for avatars stop working?

It may have to do with bytes, too, or else your computer just stops animations. :3 I once had a computer that didn't save GIFs correctly, so the animation was broken. :3 There are other possible reason; you don't always have to jump to conclusions that the GIF uploader is broken. ^_^
