I recently found a Vampire Nest location:

-Barren Cave, on the Blue Road just under the "e" in Blue on your map. It's crawling with vampires.

Also, if you want some undead to kill, and you're in Skingrad, head into Neranastals house, oppisite Rosethorn Manor, which is near the statue on North Side of town. It's the house with the dead tree in the garden. Upon entry, you'll find some leveled undead on all teh floors of the house.
