Let's see... potentially fun topic. The following is spoiler heavy so let that be a warning.
First off, I'll go with the slight camp appeal of Mortimer's ending from Twisted Metal 2. It's cheeseball, but still slightly awesome.
Explanation: Mortimer is the driver of the hearse and after he wins the Twisted Metal contest, he exacts revenge on Calypso (the dude who commands Twisted Metal) by releasing the souls of all those killed during past contests. The souls grab Calypso and take him away.

The Crackdown ending is supposed to suck according to reviews, but I thought it was actually good. Short story shorter, it turned out your dude was being used by a corrupt government agency to form a new world order.

Final Fantasy X had an okay ending. I hated the love story segments and when Titus died I had a sense of guilty pleasure that never went away.

Yakuza had a freaking sad ending. So many people died that I thought maybe I screwed up and got the bad ending. But I'm 99% sure that isn't the case. (There probably aren't multiple endings.)
