Ok, so just before you get to the Castle on the Wii edition, you fight the two birds with chainsaws. According to the map there's a treasure there but I can't get to it. Any ideas?

yeah I couldn't find it either just forget it and keep going you'll find tons of treasures in the castle.

in wii version ps2 version and pc version are they just the same on gameplays?

No button cheat but Action Replay MAX only can help you to get R.E.4 cheat.(PS2 version but Wii i don't know.)
