Do you know about those cards that you can unlock stuff when you complete them? Well i completed the card where you when the civic police vehicle and i cant seem to find out where do you like get the car at.Its wierd i dont know whats going on here.Plzzzz help me right away.
P.S.(How do you unlock 33 cars? Im stuck on that 2)

1. The Police Civic Cruiser Is Only On Quick Race
2. Just Beat Tons Of Races In The Red Territory (By Taking Over Territory You Can Sometimes Unlock Cars)
