Default So, what are your specs?

Okay, I just got a new laptop yesterday and I thought I'd create a spot for everyone to share and compare their PC specs.

I'll start:

Toshiba P750 model
i7 Quad core processor
8GB RAM
1GB Dedicated graphics

Jesus vic, how much was that thing? That's pretty good for a laptop.

As for me, I'm running a crappy desktop that can't play any games that came out after 2006. It overheats if I run my browser and foobar at the same time

Ever see the Alienware M18x? That thing can put desktops to shame.

But you're right, that's good for a laptop.

As for my specs, I have no clue, since I threw out the box a few months ago, after holding it for a year. All I know is that it's a Toshiba Satellite C655.

No, Alienware are some of the best gaming PCs you can possibly find.

Yeah, the best overpriced gaming PC's on the market

On a side note (for the sake of your argument), an alienware laptop would beat vic's by a good bit, but I bet you I could build a computer that is equal or even better than one of Alienware's models for cheaper than what that model goes for.

You couldn't build a laptop, but if you know where to look, I wouldn't be surprised if you could build a desktop.

*glances over at his*

Our's is ancient. Early days of XP. It doesn't like to work very well, and we've got two laptops that are way better than it.

1200NZD, including all my extra goodies. NZ lags behind the rest of the world when it comes to PC prices so this was pretty darn good.

I never even read the box. I could Google it, but I don't feel like it right now... I will probably later. I've got a Toshiba--*reads the edge*--Satellite--*flips it over*--L...5...0...5...D.
