i have too many to count,now that have action replay.heres a code to make every pokemon you see shiny permantly.it also if u press L+R and do the modifier thing with the heart scales,press R+A at your trainer card,and hold L in grass,you will get a lvl 100 shiny of the pokemon:

my first ever shiney was in pokemon saffire when i didnt even know what a shiny pokemon was. i saw a blue corsola and was like "what? i thought those were pink!) so i caught it. dont know what hapend to thegamei dont have it any more.
my second and so far my last is a shiny staraptor. i got it in in platinum as like the second pokemon i caught in the game. it was just randomley there! i was like "OMG a shiney pokemon!!!" I caught it as a starley tworeds the beggining of the game, and then evolved it. i still have it.
