Spoiler: How To get Arceus on pokemon diamond/pearl

To get Arceus you need:
1.nintendo ds
2.action replay
3.pokemon diamond or pearl

Steps:
1.put your action replay in
2.once you get to the main screen take your action replay out
3.DO NOT TURN OFF DS!
4.insert pokemon game
5.now it should say pokemon diamond/pearl (if it doesn't look through all of your games on action replay that have cheats on them)
6.once you have found the pokemon game and click on it
7.find pokemon catch rate
8.put to 100%
9.(if you have a pokeball continue on) find pokeballs then go to any pokeball
10.check it
11.go to pokemon
12.go to arceus
13.check it
14.go to pokemon encounter rate
15.make 100%
16.play your game!

yeh you can get a mystery gift on certain days

but you can get a lot more of them with an AR so why bother waiting and guessing when you'll get a mystery gift

HINT: has something to do with Bicycle Road

I got 70 with AR. you can only get 1 with mystery gift.
