Do you know some cheats for The Sims 3?

During gameplay press [ctrl]+[shift]+C to open the cheat console and enter the following cheats:

Kaching - 1,000 more Simoleons
Motherlode - 50,000 more Simoleons
moveObjects [on or off] - Hand tool can move any object in buy and build modes
testingCheatsenabled [true or false] - testing cheats on objects
constrainFloorElevation [true or false ] - Allows terrain adjustments regardless of objects/Sims/etc on them
disableSnappingToSlotsOnAlt [on or off] - When on, ojects will not snap to slots while holding ALT
enablellamas [on or off] - unkown result
fadeObjects [on or off] - Toggles whether objects fade when the camera gets close to them. Does not affect Sims
fullscreen [on or off] - Turns on / off fullscreen
hideHeadlineEffects [on or off] - Shows or hides talk/thought balloons above Sim heads
jokePlease - Prints a random joke to the console
moveObjects [on or off] - Removes limitations for placing / moving objects
quit - Exits the game
resetSim - Returns Sims to a safe, neutral state at their home location
slowMotionViz <0-8> - Puts visuals in slow motion. 0 = normal, 8=slowest. Does not affect the speed of time in-game
unlockOutfits [on or off] - This must be entered before going into CAS. Shows career outfits and service uniforms
testingCheatsenabled [true or false] - Enables testing cheats

Doesn't work for me. Just got Sims 3 today...loaded it in. Tried the console...wouldn't even come up. =(

i'm running the game on my laptop and i've tried this a million times and nothing pops up, this is a brand new laptop and my key board works just fine no problems. i've used this combo with the original and sims2 also on my computer and it works for both. i think this is a wrong combination for the new game. anybody have any ideas and or help?

pickakill...i figured it out well for me neways. i have an hp laptop so i went to my start menu and under search typed in hp health check i right click it and went to properties. under the shortcut key it had ctrl+shift+C and i just changed it to none then it worked in the game. hope that helps you

Sorry, I can't help you with this one. Just try different things. eg. Try a Capital C

to stop aging ..It's right there in the manual! It's called story progression (manual pg. 14) to turn it off go to Options Menu
